Tonight we were supposed to have our team dinner at Olive Garden. We went to the one in Lake Charles but they were closed. Apparently they are closed every Wednesday. Lame.
So we went to the O'Charley's across the street. The last time I went to O'Charley's(with Chun and Paul) we were very unimpressed. This trip was a different O'Charley's in a different state. I guess it was ok. NCCC really spoils us by letting us have one team dinner each round with a whopping $10 per person limit. (We normally get $6 per meal on the road) Well, with that in mind, I really didn't have much choice on the menu. I got a bacon cheeseburger, which was actually really good. But you can't really judge a restaurant just based on a burger.
Any one else got any restaurant stories they would like to share?
This map will represent my visited states as of Friday, April 21. I am going to Mississippi tomorrow. We are going to Pensacola, Florida on May 1 and we'll drive through Alabama so I can fill in that one. Pretty soon I'll have 50% of the states conquered.
All right bloggers. I've been gone for over six weeks and you have had four posts, including a whopping zero for April. Don't worry, I've got enough stuff from Louisiana to get this blog back up and running.
